Are Pets Allowed at the Palms Apartments?
We love pets at The Palms! We have over 5 acres of property where you can walk your approved pet.
PET DEPOSIT - $300 - 1 Pet Maximum
Up to 25 lbs dog or cat.
How Long Are Leases?
Our leases are 12 months. However, we do offer 2-11 month leases on Studios and 1 Bedrooms at a higher monthly rate. Email us for a current rate sheet on short term rentals.
What Is Required to Rent From The Palms Apartments?
We background & credit check all adults leasing from The Palms Apartments. The fee is $35 per adult person (waived for active military). We have minimum income requirements for each size apartment. The Palms is a safe and quiet complex and we are proud to keep it that way.
What Sort of Background Checks do You do?
We perform a full criminal check on all applicants. We all want a safe place to live!
We do a credit check as well. We also check for any evictions in your past. The fee is $35, which is waived for active military.
Do You Have Laundry on Site?
Yes! We have a laundry center on site with washers and dryers.
Can I Pay My Deposit After I Move In?
No… Deposits need to be paid in full with your first full month’s rent at time of lease signing. If you are moving in on a date that isn’t the first of the month, you will pay the prorated rent the second month you live there.
